1. Provider

tpack — AI Tech Pack Builder is operated by Daniel Tiemor, trading as tpack — AI Tech Pack Builder, Quedlinburger Str. 1, 10589 Berlin, Germany.

2. Service Description

tpack — AI Tech Pack Builder is an online tool that helps users create fashion tech pack documents using AI-supported workflows. Users can generate and download tech pack files based on their inputs.

The tool is intended to support the creation process. The user remains responsible for reviewing all generated outputs before using them for production, sourcing, supplier communication or commercial purposes.

3. Account and Access

Users may need to create an account to access paid features, manage downloads or use subscription plans. Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential.

4. Pricing

The current prices are displayed on the website before checkout.

We currently offer:

• – Single download: EUR 15 per download
• – Monthly subscription: EUR 30 per month, including up to 3 downloads per month

Prices may change in the future. Price changes for new purchases apply immediately after publication. For existing subscriptions, price changes will only apply from a future billing period after prior notice. Users may cancel their subscription before the price change becomes effective.

5. Payment

Payments are processed through our payment provider Lemon Squeezy. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.

6. Downloads and Usage Rights

After successful payment, users receive access to the purchased download or subscription-based download quota.

Users may use the generated tech packs for their own business, product development, sampling, supplier communication and commercial fashion projects.

Users may not resell, redistribute, sublicense or offer the generated templates as a competing standalone template product.

7. AI-Generated Output

The tool uses automated and AI-supported processes. AI-generated outputs may contain errors, incomplete information or unsuitable recommendations.

The user is responsible for checking measurements, materials, production details, care instructions, legal label requirements and all supplier-relevant information before using the output.

We do not guarantee that any generated tech pack is complete, legally compliant, production-ready or suitable for a specific manufacturer.

8. Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period.

Unused downloads do not roll over to the next month unless explicitly stated on the pricing page.

Users can cancel their subscription through their account dashboard or by contacting support at info@tpack.io.

9. Refunds and Cancellation

For consumers in the EU, statutory withdrawal rights may apply.

For digital downloads and immediate access to digital content, the right of withdrawal may expire if the user expressly agrees that the service begins before the withdrawal period ends and acknowledges that they lose their right of withdrawal once the download or digital service has started.

Refunds may be granted at our discretion where legally required or where a technical issue prevents access to the purchased service.

10. Acceptable Use

Users may not use the service to:

• – violate applicable law
• – infringe third-party intellectual property rights
• – upload unlawful, harmful or misleading content
• – reverse engineer, copy or exploit the service
• – overload or disrupt the technical infrastructure

11. Availability

We aim to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, updates, technical issues or third-party provider outages may temporarily affect the service.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, production errors, supplier disputes or business losses resulting from the use of generated tech packs.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, or mandatory statutory liability.

13. Changes to the Service

We may update, improve, limit or discontinue parts of the service. If changes materially affect paid subscriptions, we will provide reasonable notice where required.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, excluding conflict of law rules. Mandatory consumer protection laws of the user's country of residence remain unaffected.
